Warranty Information
The VEAUTY Dot is backed by a 12-month limited warranty that begins on the day your order is delivered.
Warranty Coverage
Applied to the VEAUTY Dot unit itself, this warranty includes protection against:
- Defects originating from the manufacturing process
- Operational failures that are not the result of user error or improper handling
Should a covered problem occur while the warranty remains active, we will either repair or replace your device free of charge.
Exclusions
The following situations fall outside of this warranty:
- Accidental harm such as drops, knocks, or impacts
- Contact with water or any other liquid
- Surface wear or the natural aging of the device over time
- Harm resulting from misuse, careless handling, or any unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Battery issues caused by not following our charging instructions or by charging with an unsuitable power outlet voltage
Fractional Head Attachments
The interchangeable fractional heads are excluded from warranty coverage. Treated as consumable parts, they are meant to be swapped out roughly every three months, and fresh replacement heads can be ordered directly from our store.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To open a warranty claim, send an email to veautyskinbeauty@gmail.com and include the following:
- The number of your order
- An explanation of the problem you are experiencing
- Photos or a short video showing the defect
We keep the right to inspect and evaluate the product before we confirm that it qualifies for warranty coverage.
